Resources for Mental Health and Wellness

Mental health and wellness is a state of emotional, psychological, and social ease of being that affects how we think, feel, and act. It relates to self-talk, the ability to soothe oneself, and the ways we cope with stress, relate to others, and make choices. In this series of articles, Massage & Bodywork magazine authors explore issues of self-care for the mind. These practices lead to resilience, motivation, and feelings of gratitude for our clients.
