Resources for Spiritual Health and Wellness

Spiritual health and wellness is the quiet sense of personal beliefs, principles, and values that provide purpose and meaning in life. Self-awareness, self-reflection, self-forgiveness, and a willingness to be tolerant of the beliefs of others help us find harmony within ourselves and with others. ABMP members can earn free CE hours for many of these activities in the ABMP Education Center (search for “Self-care” at www.abmp.com/ce to find these opportunities, or click the links below).

The Sun Salutation is a series of yoga poses performed in a sequence to create a flow of movement and to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Sun Salutations build heat in the body and are often used as warm-up sequences for a yoga practice or to start a day off on a positive note.
